PREPARATION
The dosage determines the intensity of the cocoa flavor.
Preheat 100/120 ml of milk and mix with approximately 3 tea spoon of cocoa powder.
Gently stir the milk until the chocolate pearls dissolve.
Enjoy this sensual ritual by adding a little whipped cream and sprinkling Harissa Arabic coffee spice, Pumpkin Spice blend, finely ground cinnamon, or 10-12% BIO cocoa powder.
