Mango fruit tea - Ice tea and sparkly cocktail

Ingredients:
- 8 tsp Mango fruit tea
- 1 orange
- 1 mango
- 2 g fresh ginger
- ice
- fresh mint leaves
Preparation:
- Boil 8 teaspoons of Mango fruit tea and grated ginger in 1 liter of water at approx. 100 ° C. Boil for between 6 and 10 minutes, then remove the pot from the heat and let the tea steep for another 20 minutes. Let it cool completely.
- Add crushed ice or ice cubes, squeezed orange juice, and mango pieces in a large jug, and pour the completely cooled tea.
- Serve fresh fruit ice tea with ice and mint leaves.
Cocktail advice:
For mild summer nights prepare the ice tea following the recipe, but for cocktails leave the ginger out. Add your favorite prosecco or sparkling wine to the drink!
