What makes us most happy about the holidays, apart from spending time with family, some free days and presents, is the abundance of food that everyone prepares. It is almost impossible to go and visit someone and not return with a plate of cake or a bowl of French salad, and invitations to lunch are rarely refused.

It is most often associated with America, but it comes from Europe and its meaning comes from the Dutch name kool, which means cabbage, and sla, which means salad. 

Tea is one of the oldest and most valued beverages, and in terms of popularity it comes right after water. Drinking tea has long been an important part of Chinese culture. According to a Chinese legend, Chinese Emperor Shen Nong first produced tea by sheer chance in 2737 B.C.
