It is beautiful and has a bluish glow. As a result of huge tectonic shifts and pressure, it takes on the color of the sylvite mineral.
The salt is extracted from a former salt lake in Iran, where it is collected by hand and is 100% natural.
This salt contains an extremely high proportion of potassium.
Its taste is strong at the beginning, but becomes mild very quickly, and it goes best with seafood, meat and truffles. Due to its bluish glow, it is a beautiful decoration if it is placed in an acrylic grinder.
